Pickup and Shipping Policy

Rentravel rents vehicles for local pickup in Mumbai. Vehicles are not shipped, and doorstep delivery is not currently offered.

Each listing shows the pickup area. After your request, coordinate the pickup time and exact handover details with the local rental operator. A booking request is not confirmed until Rentravel or the operator confirms it.

Bring your original, valid Indian two-wheeler driving licence to pickup. The operator may verify your identity and required documents before handing over the vehicle.

For booking or pickup questions, contact support@rentravel.in or call +91 8080888786.
