Rental pricing and payment details

Each active listing shows its current daily rental rate in Indian rupees.

The booking total is calculated from the listed daily rate and requested rental dates. Review the total shown in the booking flow before submitting your request. The final availability and booking confirmation are handled by Rentravel and the local rental partner.

Online advance and remaining balance

• Rentravel currently accepts a 20% advance online through its Razorpay payment page.
• Customers arrange the remaining balance with the local operator at pickup.
• Full-rental online payment and doorstep delivery are not currently offered.
• The payment page shows the advance amount for the booking. Customers enter that amount on Razorpay’s page and share the receipt with the operator. The payment is not matched automatically; the booking remains pending until an administrator confirms it.

A separate security deposit may be collected by the local partner at pickup. It is separate from the rental charge; confirm its amount and return conditions with the partner before pickup.
