How do I request a bike or scooty?
Choose an active Mumbai listing, select future pickup and return times, and follow the on-screen steps to request it. If you are not signed in, you will be asked to create a customer account or sign in.
How is availability checked?
Rentravel checks your selected pickup and return times against existing bookings and blocks. If the ride is unavailable, choose different times or another active listing. A request is not a confirmed booking.
What driving licence do I need?
You must confirm that you hold a valid Indian two-wheeler driving licence and will present the original at pickup.
How does the booking advance work?
A 20% advance is shown for your booking. Pay it through Rentravel’s Razorpay page and share the receipt with the operator. Payment is not matched automatically, so the booking stays pending until an admin confirms it. Arrange the remaining balance separately with the operator.
